挖掘机液压系统爆管是怎么回事?

1、使用了劣质的液压管

很多人在原装的液压管损坏之后,为了图便宜,很多人选择质量不达标劣质液压管,这种液压管性能、可靠性远不如原装的。

4、混用不同标号的液压油

挖掘机出厂一般默认使用46#的液压油,如果在使用过程中添加配件店常见的68#液压油,会造成液压油性质不稳定,损坏元器件。高粘度的液压油流动性较差,会使液压系统局部产生较高的压力,易造成管路泄漏。

If 68 × hydraulic oil is added in the process of use, the property of hydraulic oil will be unstable and components will be damaged. The poor fluidity of high viscosity hydraulic oil will produce high pressure in the local part of the hydraulic system, which is easy to cause pipeline leakage.
5、不良的操作习惯

如果机手在作业作业时操作粗暴,巨大的冲击负荷会在液压系统中产生瞬时的冲击压力,冲击压力会导致高压油管接头与胶管的压合处过早失效漏油或爆管,大大缩短液压管的使用寿命。另外,粗暴的操作还会影响其他部件的耐久性,使机械故障频发。所以,平时操作挖机动作一定要柔和,不做高强度、高危险性动作。

6、液压管被腐蚀

虽然现在的液压管大部分具有一定的耐腐蚀性,但毕竟橡胶制品长期接触柴油会使胶体蓬松变质。产生一定的不良影响,尽量不要让胶管接触汽柴油,,一般橡胶在长期浸泡汽柴油中会发胀胶体蓬松。因此,在平时的使用中要避免柴油等腐蚀性液体接触胶管,要经常清洁液压管外表面。

7、液压管异常震动

我发帖说过齿轮泵和柱塞泵工作时都有油液脉动,这种脉动会使液压管产生高频振动,这种高频振动无法彻底消除。长期的异常震动会导致液压管疲劳磨损,因此,要经常检查液压管的管夹和保护套,管夹一旦松动,将会磨损液压管,甚至将液压管磨穿。
